      I click on the REPLY button next to the RSS feed icon. It drops down and allows me to record. When done recording it jumps up to another

      I tried it in IE, Firefox, and Chrome. Happens about 75% of the time. Have to go to ones page to do the reply.

      Found the issue. We are working on a fix. If While you are recording an audio reply, someone adds a cinch, the reply jumps to the prior one.
